Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for all in-stock items. For customized Illuminated Albums and customized Illuminated Picture Frames, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve any issues with the carrier.
