Our Ready-to-Ship Booklits and Ready-to-Ship Art & Picture Frames (non-custom), may be returned within 7 days of delivery date in its original packaging and unused condition for a full refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or defective. To initiate a return, simply email info@thebooklit.com with your order number and reason for return.
Due to their delicate illuminated components, we cannot accept returns of frames that have been plugged in, displayed, or altered in any way.
